00:06In the Philippine Banking Programme, DOST Secretary Renato Solidum Jr. gave the good idea of the PROPEL Programme.

00:15It aims to help Filipino innovators to gain knowledge in business model development, technology, market validation, marketing promotion, and investment.

00:39Their inventions, their research products, should be commercialized.
