00:00So what it is, Hope? What's up, Dolce? I mean, I had to. How are you feeling tonight, boo?
00:04I feel good. I feel really good.
00:06And I mean, how special you you were talking about, you know, you're nominated for Alligator
00:10Bites Never Heal and Denial is a River is a standout track on that blowing up everywhere,
00:16blowing up on our charts. You mentioned you posted that it's a song with no hook.
00:20It's about a dark time in your life. How does it feel to kind of be
00:23like recognized and validated for being an artist, a true artist in every sense of the word?
00:28It feels really good. It's one of those things where the universe does something special.
00:32Yeah, you don't expect for records like that to blow up. And so I'm kind of I'm intrigued
00:38by what the rest of my career will look like if that's what people gravitate towards.
00:42I love that. Speaking of people gravitating towards that,
00:44I look at the Best New Artist category, right? And there's a lot of people in there that have
00:47similarities, but nobody in the categories like you. So how does that feel to be kind of a diamond
00:52in the rough in that crowd with a different type of sound and music and look?
00:55I think that it feels amazing. It feels good to be in my element, aligned with myself and my
01:01aesthetic and my own thing. And even seeing the other artists align with themselves,
01:06everybody has their own thing. And I think it's really special.
01:09And something that I do want to touch on again is the healing with the Alligator Bites Never Heal,
01:13but you're aligning your purpose. How do we try to heal? What are we working on?
01:17I think that you start with honesty about where you are and what you're going through,
01:22accept it, and then you go from there.
01:24Well, thanks for bringing your beautiful energy over here. We love you, Doji.
