00:00First and foremost, you know, you said table-setting role, I think that's a great way to describe
00:09it.
00:10Ben is going to have less time than he's ever had as a play caller.
00:13And so, you know, obviously I think that that's kind of a thing that's morphing as we, as
00:17we go, kind of figure out what that looks like.
00:20But my job is really going to be to organize and detail, you know, the game plan initially,
00:25utilizing, you know, our staff, they'll have, everybody will have different assignments,
00:28kind of how we are going to build this thing with schematically as we attack a defense.
00:34But basically I have to do that work that he's not going to have time to do, and he's
00:37going to have to be able to trust me that I'm going to be able to give him the correct
00:42information that he needs as a decision maker.
00:45And then, you know, really throughout the week, streamlining the teaching progression
00:49for the players, making sure that everything is built around them.
00:53You know, you know, there's a progression to every step of this.
00:56And that is, that is first and foremost, mastering the language of it, mastering, you know, being
01:00able to communicate and understand where the pieces are supposed to be and be able to envision
01:04those things.
01:05And I think Bo got better as the year went on and got more comfortable within the offense.
01:11You know, we certainly tried to shape it around him.
01:13There were things that we did that were different than we had ever done, you know, allowing
01:16him to try to evade the pocket and get out into space where he wanted to play.
01:20That was something that, you know, we had a big play against Kansas City late in the
01:23game on something that we had never, you know, in previous years ever had before.
01:29And so I think first and foremost, like Caleb being in here, going through all of his tape,
01:33evaluating, you know, what we feel like he's good at, what we feel like he's really capable
01:40of going out and being the best in the world at excelling at it and trying to shape and
01:46build the offense around that.
01:47I would say that's that's what we try to do with Bo.
01:49And that's what we're going to do here.
