00:00Yeah.
00:10What I observed is that, you know, one of the things that I had to do as a coach
00:16on that staff in that situation is just make sure that I kept the guys,
00:20our players focused, our staff focused,
00:22and that we continue to reach for a higher performance,
00:27a higher level of performance and execution.
00:29And that's what we did then, and that's what we'll continue to do now.
00:33No.
00:35And one of the things that I've been consistent in terms of describing the men
00:40that I work with is their character.
00:42And that doesn't just show up when everything is going well.
00:45It shows up in times when things aren't going exactly the way you need them to.
00:50And I've gotten to know that and gotten to a point where I can appreciate that
00:55going all the way back to the point when we first started working together.
00:58My role is to make sure that I do what I'm supposed to do,
01:02the things that are under my charge as good as I possibly can do them
01:06and even better define more for my performance, for my duties, my job,
01:13and the ability to execute those things.
01:15Previously, the efficiency on first down, outstanding.
01:18And so they're skipping third down in some cases
01:21because they're so good on first down.
01:23They're going first down, second down, first down.
01:25And when they do get to a third down situation,
01:28they're situations that are manageable for an offense
01:31and kind of tough to defend as a defense.
01:34There's no remedy or cure like winning
01:36and having the kind of performance that you know you're capable of
01:39that we've had previously this season.
