00:21when passing the legislative bridge hike in the country at the committee level of the House Committee on Labor and Employment.

00:28Just after the 30-minute hearing earlier,

00:33the House Committee on Labor and Employment has already approved

00:36the proposed increase in salary of private sector employees in the country.

00:40In the substitute bill that was passed in the committee level of the House Committee on Labor and Employment,

00:44200 pesos was added to the daily minimum wage

00:47that should be agreed by the lawmakers.

00:49According to Committee Chair Fidel Nograles,

00:52the House Committee on Labor and Employment has already approved

00:55the 200-peso bill that was added to the salary of private sector employees in the country at the committee level of the House Committee on Labor and Employment.

00:59Nograles hopes that the House Committee on Labor and Employment will continue to pass the bill

01:03so that the Filipino workers can benefit from it.

01:06As for the other congressmen,

01:08they are very happy with the passage of the substitute bill today

01:12that they consider to be a victory for the Filipino workers.

01:15According to the House Deputy Speaker and TUCP Partylist Representative Raymond Democrito-Mendoza

01:21and Gabriela Partylist Representative Arlene Brosas,

01:24they will not postpone the passage of the bill until it is passed.

01:30They called on the President to certify it as urgent

01:34so that it can be passed by the 19th Congress.

01:38For now, there are only one week,

01:41or a few days, or three days of session days for this Congress

01:44before the new session break

01:46to pass the campaign period for the upcoming election.

01:51The congressmen are hoping that this will continue

01:54so that the bill can be passed by the 19th Congress.
