00:20Commodore J. Tariella,
00:22the Filipinos who voted for the right candidates in the upcoming 2025 midterm elections.
00:28According to the spokesperson,
00:29the voting of the candidates who support the fight of the West Philippine Sea
00:33are the rights that should be protected in the Senate and Congress.
00:37Tariella also added that the best way to vote is
00:41how the Filipinos can continue to show their united support
00:45for the promotion of maritime sovereignty of our country.
00:49This coming midterm election,
00:51this is the best way that we can show our patriotism
00:55and significant effort to make sure that what we will protect in the Senate and Congress
01:03are the rights that will support our fight in the West Philippine Sea.
01:08Meanwhile, the Philippine Coast Guard also gave a statement
01:11that it will continue to ensure the security of the Filipino fishermen
01:14around the West Philippine Sea
01:16as well as the government forces that are carrying out resupply missions in the area.
01:22The Philippine Coast Guard also called on the Filipinos
01:24who are one of the members of our government
01:27to fight for our rights.
01:30The call of the Philippine Coast Guard
01:32and the creation of the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea
01:36is due to the Transparency Initiative
01:39that will encourage more Filipinos to support our fight for the West Philippine Sea.
