00:40Every help counts so that every step along the way of primary care can run smoothly,

02:32He is also talking to other countries, to other possible sources of support.

02:38The Quezon City Health Department believes that even in foreign assistance, there is no forever.

02:44That is why they are just trying to find a way for others to get the funds.

02:48When we entered into AMOA, we know that there is a certain coverage period when it will end.
