00:05He was hit in the middle of the road.

00:08He was taken home in a chase and shot before he was killed.

00:12The last crime was the shooting of Raffi Tima.

00:19The owner of this dashcam video will be brought to the police station.

00:23A gunman shot one of the two men in front of his car.

00:27The man was shot in the back of the head.

00:31Even though he was hit, the gunman was still able to hit the victim.

00:34Later, the gunman got up and ran to the back of the car.

00:38I was shocked.

00:44Even though he was afraid of being witnessed,

00:46he decided to upload the video to help with the investigation.

01:51and the e-trike driver started hitting him.

01:55approached Garcia's son

01:57while his mother was crying.

01:59When he tried to hit me again,

02:01his mother stopped him.

02:05and he hit me in the back.

02:11because his brother was injured

02:13when the e-trike driver hit him twice
