00:05will associate where somebody comes with, whether or not they're trustworthy.
00:11I think we've got beyond that. I think that was possibly the case maybe 20 years ago.
00:15But I would hope that we've got beyond that, that we see people as they are.
00:19One of the biggest problems in the UK as far as I'm concerned is we've got an apartheid
00:24education system, where people are groomed and streamed basically from when you hit the
00:29age of education. Some people get groomed and streamed into private education, and that
00:35probably sets out a path for the way you relate to people and develop contacts the rest of
00:43your life.
00:44So I think there's loads of prejudice that goes on. I would say that was just a given
00:51and be perhaps a bit naive to think it's not the case.
00:55We go too much on how someone speaks as opposed to actually what it is they're saying, and
00:59we miss what they're saying because we're too busy focused on how they actually sound.
