On a personal note, I'll add this : Question the system... 3 forces you'll never get rid of that will only cause pain, death and stress... Doctors who know of less invasive or not painful procedures and won't use it... Child protection services around the World that pursue poor but loving families but allow the more wealthy to fall through the cracks like if it was an excuse (examples : The trials of Gabriel Fernandez and Take care of Maya) and last but not least, Law enforcement that coerce confessions from innocent people, overkill just because they feel empowered to and these sort here, who leave people to die and claim they didn't knew better. I've been watching and researching cases for a lot of years...
