00:00He's doing well. I'm pleased for him. Obviously, he's come into a new club. He's only been with us four or five months or whatever it may be now.
00:08So I realise sometimes the transition for players come in, albeit he's probably not a bigger transition.
00:15He's been in the league. He's played in the league. He's around. He's been living in the UK for some time.
00:21So there's not many changes for him.
00:23The one change that probably has come for him is the level of information or different styles of what one team play to another.
00:33He's had to adapt to that very, very quickly and he's done that superbly really.
00:37I'm pleased that now he's obviously finding the net as well. As a striker, they all base their games on goals and he's been key to that.
00:49It's probably not a coincidence, I think. It's probably the dynamics of the games, of what we face really.
00:54I think it's probably very different. You go away from home, maybe the game's a little bit more open.
00:58Teams are coming at us a little bit more and there's probably bigger chances for us to create or exploit space.
01:06What other teams are leaving behind at home is probably a little bit different.
01:10Of course, I think teams come with probably a bit of a different game plan and we're probably reduced and restricted into the chances we can create for Flem.
01:20So I think I could probably see the reasons why that may be the case.
01:25And there's definitely the part of it at home where we can improve or certainly need to improve to create them chances or better chances at home for them to score there as well.
01:36I think that's what you need for us to be in and around when we need to be operating.
01:42We need players that can obviously put ball in there and score goals.
01:46Flem's proven that over a real small space of time, a technically very good finisher, along with the other boys on the top line as well.
01:53So, yeah, we need to keep going the way we're going, keep creating these chances.
01:59And we know we've got someone there who can put the ball in the net.
