00:00All right, now it is fully a football Friday as we get you ready for the NFL's Final Four.
00:06It is conference championship weekend in the National Football League postseason.
00:11Two games, four teams, hoping for those two spots in New Orleans to play in Super Bowl
00:1859.
00:19Of course, still in the chase for a Lombardi trophy.
00:22The Eagles and the Commanders in the NFC title game.
00:25That is first up on Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia.
00:30And then the night cap on a Sunday night and two very familiar foes in a very familiar
00:36setting.
00:37That would be Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, between the Chiefs and the
00:41Buffalo Bills.
00:42And DRS, let's start with that AFC championship game.
00:47You see the numbers there.
00:48It's still a point and a half in favor of KC at home.
00:52Still just 34 cents of distinction on the money line between these two teams.
00:58The changing number from our conversation about this game yesterday was a total slightly
01:04on a rise from 47 and a half now to 48.
01:08And here we are on the final day that we will discuss this during the week on the early
01:13line.
01:14Of course, you'll be live on Sunday for pro football today.
01:17What are your thoughts about the AFC championship game to end out this week?
01:22Yeah, they pretty much just stayed the same from the moment we knew that we were going
01:26to get the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills because you're watching the weather
01:29reports all week.
01:30They really haven't changed at all.
01:3130 degrees a kickoff high 20s by the time the game finishes.
01:35Precipitation never entered into the forecast and it's not there for Sunday.
01:38So it's like a pretty clean slate weather or excuse me, windy temperatures were never
01:41going to be there.
01:42Two to three miles an hour now sit at four miles an hour as the estimated number.
01:46So it's a pretty clean run all the way through.
01:48But we also talked about like which game would you look at and both of them have the chance
01:52to score points.
01:53But the gameplay I should say between Kansas City and Buffalo is so interesting to try
01:58to analyze because so many times I go through my head and say just make Kansas City into
02:02an operational offense where they have to function every time they get the football.
02:07They'd have that luxury so many times this year.
02:09And the joke is I always bring out is Kansas City goes down takes open a kickoff punches
02:12in a touchdown.
02:13It goes we don't have to score for four more possessions.
02:15Oh, no, we're losing a football game.
02:17Let's go down and score and take the lead again.
02:19Those are the jokes we have.
02:20But I would love to see the pressure put on them by the Buffalo Bills early in that game
02:24to force Kansas City out of its shell.
02:26But also understand this, which we're going to get to history does matter.
02:29And let's understand this from a fan perspective for me.
02:32I would like nothing more than to not have to talk about the Kansas City Chiefs for two
02:36more weeks as they line up to a Super Bowl because we do it every single year.
02:39The Bills are a fun story.
02:41Josh Allen finally clearing that final hurdle to get to the Super Bowl and the Buffalo Bills
02:46fans, one of the more painstakingly passionate fan bases that have gotten kicked in the head
02:50more times than anybody else and haven't been to a Super Bowl since the early 1990s.
02:55But also understand this, we are handicappers here where you can cheer for one side and
02:59still bet the other side because also bet my stance hasn't changed.
03:03I will root for the Buffalo Bills in no way, shape or form.
03:07Am I betting the Buffalo Bills getting one and a half points at Arrowhead in an AFC Championship
03:12game?
03:13Now Ben, yes, they could win that game and I will root for them to do that.
03:16But my money will be nowhere near the Buffalo Bills in this game.
