00:45A video circulating on social media captured the workers steering the trolley to the side
00:50and jumping clear upon noticing the oncoming train.
00:55When asked about the use of such transport, Sabah Works Minister Datuk Shahelmay Yahya
01:00clarified that only authorised personnel, such as railway department staff, are permitted
01:05to operate these trolleys for maintenance or work purposes.
01:09He added that there are procedures to follow, emphasising that prior approval must be obtained
01:14from the department to ensure proper arrangements are made.
