00:07The Department of Information and Communications Technology is warning the candidates who are using the text blasting machine for campaigning.

00:16According to DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy, it is strictly prohibited to use it,

00:23particularly those who do not have a license from the National Telecommunications Commission.

00:28It is also easy for them to monitor those who are using the text blasting machine.

00:33Usually, the demand for the text blasting machine is increasing while the election is approaching.

00:39The Department of Information and Communications Technology warns that it is possible that a politician's candidature

00:45will be sued and compromised if it is proven that it is illegal.

00:50We would like to remind the candidates that these equipment are illegal.

00:56They are not licensed. They are subject to confiscation and criminal prosecution if you possess these devices.

01:07This is covered under the regulatory agency of the National Telecommunications Commission, the NPC.

01:15The Department of Justice continues to enforce reforms to punish those behind various crimes.

01:23In the new Philippine program, DOJ under Secretary Raul Vazquez

01:30reportedly raised the conviction rate of the cases under the administration of Marcos Jr.

01:35According to the official, this is the result of the rapid case build-up and the use of fair justice.

01:44Before we came and before we appointed the administration of our President,

01:50President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr.,

01:53on the average, our conviction rate is around 26%.

01:58Now, across the board, it is around 78%

02:02because of the implementation of the case build-up and the higher degree of proof.

02:10So, all of our actions and crimes have improved.

02:17The important thing is that we are not here to make people suffer imprisonment.

02:26Our number one guidance and vision is the rule of law for all.
