00:44Aside from this, the President said there are other shortcomings such as electricity and water
00:49that were not properly used and were repaired and distributed last Friday.
00:55So the government's target now is to repair the NHA projects that have not been properly repaired

01:08All NHA projects that cannot be used, we will find a way to make them better,
01:15to make them technically durable, so that we can face the typhoons that we expect to come here in the Philippines.
01:25In this regard, the President also urged DBWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan to remove the disaster-resilient projects that he did.
01:34The Chief Executive said that in their last meeting with Secretary Bonoan,
01:37the projects that were lined up by Public Works were their business.
01:42According to President Marcos, they want to fix the disaster-resilient projects
01:47that will help face the calamities that will affect the country.
01:52He should follow the plan of the project and finish it at the appointed time.
01:58As for the flood control projects, the President said that the design should be fixed
02:04so that it can handle the rains and floods.
02:09We talked to the DPWH to discuss their funds and projects.
02:18They assured us that all of these, especially the projects that will help face the calamities,
02:26will be carried out according to the plan and at the appointed time.
