00:05with a boom really, really busy, enquiries are picking up, footfalls
00:10picking up as well, people we find are coming back to travel agents, not just
00:15booking everything online, but yeah we've been busy and it's a mix of enquiries as
00:20well, people are getting a little bit more adventurous, going a bit further
00:24afield, realising they can get a bit more for the money than there's just the
00:28normal bucket and spade package family holiday to Spain. Greece is an
00:34all-time favourite of mine and that's getting more and more popular for
00:37families. For your couples, Montenegro and Croatia, that's a new sort of up and
00:43coming again, lots more going off there, interesting sightseeing tours. Thailand
00:49is a very popular destination, I've been myself, one of my firm favourites,
00:54been a couple of times and get a lot of enquiries for that now, even for families
00:59as well and even Japan, that's very new up and coming and rather than the normal
01:06Dubai, people are looking towards the capital, towards Abu Dhabi because
01:12there's all sorts there for families now, with the new Warner Brothers Studios,
01:17there's SeaWorld, there's the water parks, it's amazing, so yeah really the world is
01:23your oyster. Jet 2 have got a new flight out of Leeds Brafford to Morocco, so for
01:28Agadir, that's a new winter destination, that's proving popular and Egypt is
01:33making a comeback again, people sort of went off the radar a little bit,
01:37but Egypt is coming back up for a winter destination and obviously you've got
01:41your Caribbean, which you know, for further afield, for November to April,
01:45always a lovely place to go. Cruise is getting more and more popular, obviously
01:49because of the value for money, yeah we do a lot, obviously the flights, regional
01:53flights we can do from Leeds Brafford as well, or we can do the sailing from
01:57Southampton, but yeah cruise is definitely, it's appealing to more
02:02and more people, the bigger ships for the families, adults only, the earlier you book
02:07the better, it's availability and it's supply and demand, so your prices will go
02:12up and up, it's a miss now for your last minute cancellations at the
02:16ÂŁ99, they're a thing of the past now, but yeah as soon as you know your
02:20dates, where you want to go, we'd always say, always recommend to book. Working
02:25and travel is great, every day is different, you don't know what you're
02:27going to come into every day, and it's exciting, most people are happy because
02:31it's a happy thing to do, people come in and book the holidays, they're generally
02:34happy, and when you get the tickets and you've got that excitement, so yeah it's
02:39really good. I want to do Bali, Lombok and Bali, Malaysia, I've just, not just
02:44that, that is on my bucket list, what else? I've done, I've been very lucky
02:50throughout my career, I've done the safari, I've been to Singapore, I've done
02:53a lot of America, so yeah I think that's the only thing that's sort of on my
02:57bucket list now, Malaysia.
