Take a look at some of the music gigs you can look forward to in Leeds this July, August and September.

00:06 up for its Summer Series from the 3rd of July through to the 4th of August, bringing a vibrant
00:12 festival atmosphere to the heart of Leeds that are a number of artists performing including
00:16 Anne-Marie, Paloma Faith, Leeds' own Yard Act and tributes to Bob Marley and Motown.

00:30 The First Direct Arena is set to welcome legendary rock band Heart on Monday 8th July, marking
00:36 their first time in the UK in 8 years. Squeeze will be joining them, who are celebrating
00:41 their 50th anniversary, also performing RTV Girl on the 17th August and Niall Horan will
00:47 be bringing The Show to the First Direct on Wednesday 28th August. The very best of Texas
00:53 with special guest Katie Tunstall takes place there on Friday 6th September.
01:01 The O2 Academy on Coorcrid Street is welcoming Canadian dance-punk rockers Death From Above
01:06 1979 on the 19th July, and they're celebrating the 20th anniversary of their Breakout debut
01:13 album. Mr Big and Living Colour perform there on the 22nd July, and American rock band Alkaline
01:20 Trio arrive on Saturday 27th July. Yo La Tengo will be in town on the 29th August.
01:29 With the exception of Bob Marley and the Wailers, no Jamaican musical group has been as important
01:34 and influential as the Scatterlights, and they'll be performing at the Brudnell Social
01:38 Club on the 1st July. The venue will also be welcoming Russell Crowe's Indoor Garden
