South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has again failed to attend a hearing in his impeachment trial. The opening session on Tuesday was suspended within minutes when he did not show up but a second hearing on Thursday has gone ahead without him. South Korea's Constitutional Court has to decide within 180 days whether to remove Yoon from office for his short-lived declaration of martial law last month.
