00:37We'd be lying if we said Glinda wouldn't have her work cut out for her if she had to stop us from making a run

00:53That giant head complete with its booming voice and pyrotechnics is incredibly intimidating
00:58However, Alphaba and Glinda squabbles add some levity to the situation
01:15Soon enough the wizard reveals himself as just a man a man who apparently can't make out faces from behind the curtain
01:23But we got to ask how many green people does he know? Sorry about all that. I didn't mean to

01:32You know when I'm back there I cannot make out people's faces number nine Glinda gets on board
01:38Before any of that can happen first the friends need to get to the Emerald City
01:43Initially, it's meant to be a solo journey for Alphaba while Glinda joins her classmates to see her off
01:49Yet as the train starts to pull away
01:51They share one last sweet moment leaving Alphaba thinking this trip might be better with her friend by her side

02:13So she invites Glinda to join her for one short day in the Emerald City
02:18Although Glinda starts off humble not wanting to steal the limelight
02:22It doesn't take much convincing to change her mind knowing that Ariana Grande totally ad-lib the line only makes it funnier

02:43Glinda's name change now rewinding just a little bit more as Alphaba prepares to board the train

02:55Speaking of Fiyero, where is he? Not that I expected him to come and say goodbye

03:03Glinda notices a vibe between them and swiftly brings the attention back to herself under the guise of solidarity with Dr.
03:10Dillamond, but clearly just to impress Fiyero. She makes a drastic announcement complete with her signature hair tosses.

03:22Your name? Yes. Are you sure? Yes. We can't help but admire Grande's commitment to the comedy
03:29Especially since the crowd eats up her braverism. Not only does her performativeness fail to impress Fiyero

03:46Belinda. Number seven the Wizzomania comedy. The first time we watched the Wizzomania segment
03:52We were completely floored by the iconic cameos
03:56We needed several replays to truly grasp the humor Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth brought to their scene
04:15As the wise ones they spend most of the time trying to outshine each other
04:20Perhaps a cheeky nod to their so-called rivalry back in the day
04:23The creator sprinkled plenty of easter eggs for fans too from Chenoweth's signature
04:28Operatic soprano to the battle cry that started it all
04:42We also caught a little hop from Chenoweth and a small wand malfunction that took us back to her popular days
04:47Their cameos end sweetly with their film counterparts, but not before one last sassy moment from Chenoweth
05:07Number six novelty humor. During a campus tour, Glinda brings Fiyero to the book place

07:42These two have quite the meet-cute
07:44We didn't see you there. You must have blended with the foliage

08:02So by the time she docks at Shiz, she pretty much has her whole introductory spiel nailed down
