00:00Looking at Liverpool and the transfer latest, we've discussed a few times the ongoing business,
00:07the deals and mainly taken the headlines of those big three contracts that fans are all
00:12talking about. In terms of maybe new players coming in or players actually leaving, we've
00:17also discussed the amount of players they have out on loan, whether they'll use January
00:21to recall some of those for their title bid. What's the latest you can tell us from the
00:27Anfield transfer room and do you think it's going to be any busier than it currently is
00:31for the end of this month?
00:33I think in January, and I've referred to it a couple of times now, Liverpool will look
00:38to make deals if they think there's an opportunity and that seems like it's the policy. It's
00:47been linked with the winger from Napoli, I'm not going to try and pronounce his name, Georgia
00:51International. Liverpool reportedly monitoring that situation but he seems like he's off
00:58to PSG so that one's off. Again, probably another opportunity to want. Reports suggest
01:06in Germany that Liverpool are in talks with Stefano Simas who plays for Nuremberg in the
01:11German second tier. He's had a good season so far, eight goals in 14 games and he meets
01:18the ilk of signing that Liverpool might go after. Young, still 19, still plenty of potential
01:26but if it doesn't work out then they can sell him for a decent profit in the future like
01:32they have done with Fabio Carvalho or Seth Vandenberg. In terms of concrete deals, there
01:40have been a couple, that's players returning from loan but they're not returning to impact
01:47the first team. Kate Gordon had a disappointing spell at Norwich, Calvin Ramsey couldn't really
01:54get a game at Wigan and has now gone to Kilmarnock. Those are the deals we've looked at so far.
01:59I know there's a broad 7% who's maybe going to Real Betis, that doesn't look like it might
02:04materialise. Ben Doak of course has attracted suitors given that he's done really well at
02:09Middlesbrough but Liverpool will either keep him at Middlesbrough or they'll sell him,
02:14they won't bring him back. In terms of any potential outgoings, I think the only one you're
02:21mainly looking at is probably Tyler Morton, the midfielder, has said he needs to be selfish and
02:28go out because he hasn't played a lot of football. He had two seasons in the Championship on loan,
02:33probably is a Premier League player to be quite frank but did Liverpool allow him to go out or
02:38did he keep him for squad day? I would think it's the latter. I don't think that Liverpool will be
02:43willing to allow him to leave just because they haven't got an abundance of defensive midfielders
02:50in the squad at the minute. It seems like there's talk of rumours developing that maybe
02:59Saudi Arabian clubs are interested. Will Liverpool be willing again to allow him to
03:05leave in January? Well, maybe not given that Diogo Jota has had his injury issues and
03:10yes, Luis Diaz has played his strike of the season but Nunes gives you something else.
