00:03This is our update on the weather for the next 24 hours.

00:08We can see here in our latest satellite images,

00:12the clouds that are hovering over a large part of Luzon

00:17and the eastern part of Visayas.

00:19This is the continuous effect of the Northeast monsoon

00:22or the cold Amihan winds.

00:24Because of the Amihan winds, we expect the clouds and rain

00:28in most of Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas

00:31to be affected by the cold Amihan winds

00:34in the area of Quezon and Bicol Region.

00:37Meanwhile, the thick clouds in the southern portion of Palawan

00:42are the effect of the easterly winds

00:44or the winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.

00:47In most of our country, in a large part of Visayas

00:52and the whole of Mindanao,

00:54we can experience the cold Amihan winds

00:56in the afternoon until late at night.

00:58Let's be prepared for the chances of sudden and fast rainstorms

01:02resulting from thunderstorms.

01:04And this is our forecast for tomorrow in Luzon.

01:09A large part of Luzon, in those regions of Cagayan Valley,

01:13here in Cordillera, as well as here in the area of Metro Manila,

01:18a large part of Mimaropa and Calabarzon,

01:21will continue to be affected by the clouds and winds

01:24of the northeast monsoon or the cold Amihan winds tomorrow.

01:27So for now, the Amihan winds will continue to come,

01:31especially in the eastern section of southern Luzon,

01:34in the areas of Quezon and Bicol Region.

01:38And in the southern part of Luzon,

01:41more in particular, the Ilocos Region

01:43and a large part of Central Luzon,

01:45generally, we expect fair weather tomorrow.

01:48And if we will experience rainstorms,

01:50these will be light rains or just thunderstorms.

01:53In the areas of Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao,

02:26So, we expect a high chance of rainstorms in this area.

02:29Meanwhile, in the eastern section of Mindanao,

02:32in the regions of Caraga and Davao Region,

02:36we will still experience heavy rains,

02:41thunderstorms and thunderstorms tomorrow

02:43because of the easterly winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.

02:47It will still be cloudy,

02:50with a chance of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms

02:53for the rest of Mindanao.

03:08we may experience moderate to heavy rains

03:10in the areas shaded by yellow

03:13in the regions of Quezon, Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur.

03:19in the past few days along the shoreline.

03:21We also experienced heavy rains and landslides in these areas.

03:25So, the land is saturated in areas with weather advisories.

03:30So, we still hope that for the next 24 hours,

03:34we will experience heavy rains along the Amihan.

04:28Northern and Eastern Coast of Northern Samar,

04:31as well as several towns of Eastern Samar.

04:36To our fellow fishermen,

04:38there are small fishing boats,

04:40please do not swim

04:42because we will still experience high waves

04:44brought by the winds of Hanging Amihan.

04:47And for our 3-day weather outlook

04:49in the neighboring cities of our country,

04:51a large part of Luzon will still experience

04:53the winds of Hanging Amihan.

05:00here in the area of Baguio City and Legazpi City

05:02for the next three days,
