00:24This is the result of the wind from the northern and southern hemisphere.
00:28At the moment, this is affecting the southern Mindanao.
00:32Let's hope that this shear line will bring heavy rain and strong winds.
00:38This will affect the mainland of Cagayan, Apayau, Aurora, and Isabela.
00:44Meanwhile, the northeast of Monsuno, Amihan, will bring cloudy skies with rains.
00:49This will affect the area of Batanes and Baboyan Islands.
00:53ITCZ will bring cloudy skies with rains, storms, and landslides in Mindanao and the Palawan area.
