01:33Snehida is a part of organization system for Kudumbashree.
01:39So the community counselor informed us that a girl child
01:43want to reveal her bad experience while she was in school days.
01:48I asked them to come the day itself for the next day with mother.
01:53So they came next day and we heard them both,
01:56and as well as the girl alone.
01:59And while hearing the girl, she said 64 persons were abused
02:04within three, four years time.
02:08So it was really a shocking one.
02:11We do have the experience of a lot of abuse cases before CWC,
02:15but the number itself is shocking.
02:19So we took it as a serious matter.
02:22We've gone through a preliminary inquiry with the child,
02:25and she said she used the father's phone and also with that,
02:30she chatted with the alleged persons.
02:33Then after the preliminary hearing,
02:37we sent the girl to a nearby home where the psychosocial counselor
02:41as well as a psychologist is available.
02:45So we asked the psychologist counseling itself.
02:49So after three, four days, she filed a report stating the name
02:54of 62 persons, where all it happened, what all happened,
03:00and the name of the persons, approximate age,
03:03these all things were there in the report.
03:06But the whereabouts of the persons,
03:08alleged persons were not included in the report.
03:11So we asked the mother to produce the telephone,
03:16I mean the mobile before the psychologist.
03:19Because the child before CWC stated
03:23that she used the father's phone for chatting.
03:28So the phone was produced by the mother,
03:30and with the help of the child,
03:32they found, the psychologist found 40 persons' name
03:35with the number from the mobile.
03:38So additional statement was also, report was also filed by the psychologist.
03:42Both the reports, the dates have been communicated to the Supreme Court.
03:48Usually we used to give it to the SHOs, concerned SHOs.
03:51But the wideness of the issue,
03:56which may spread up to, I mean, beyond the district also,
04:02so we gave it to the supernopolis.
04:04What is the state of her?
04:08Yeah, she is, she won't regret on the issues,
04:11and so she is mentally very positive,
04:16and quite, I mean, happy with what she revealed on.
04:25And in addition to that, if she needs the supporting system,
04:30like counselling, all these things were arranged by CWC.
04:34Is she under the protection of CWC?
04:37Yeah, she is 18 plus, two, three months back she attained 18.
04:43So it's not a matter, it's a technical one.
04:46Still we are in support, we are ready to give the full support to the girl
04:51with aftercare home facility where she can have the,
04:55we can provide the education, care and protection, everything.
