00:35fielding coach was a bit frustrating to start with he wasn't the best fielder

00:39but he worked at it but just his growth as a bowler every game every practice he

00:44looked to improve learn something and he had one of the masters of the game

00:48Malinga as a mentor in the team for Mumbai Indians so it and it's you know

00:54young players are given an opportunity but do they take it? Boomer took it so

01:00that for me was a sign of somebody who wanted to go far because every time he

01:06came down to a practice session or every time he watched the game he didn't play

01:09many matches in his first season he was learning about his own game from his own

01:14performance and from other people's performance so that's always a mark of

01:18somebody who's going to go far someone who wants to get better every time they

01:22come down to practice or they're involved in a game so yeah I've seen his

01:26progress from up close and he's just he's he's a special player and he's

01:31unique and I think that's also why he's a very good customer to deal with he's

01:36not the customary pace or technique that you're accustomed to facing day in and

01:42day out as a cricket player
