A look at the current at Molineux.

00:00Charlie, looking at Wolverhampton at Wunderers now, obviously, it's not been the least interesting season.
00:08Obviously, you've changed your manager already and lots of different feelings and thoughts from fans.
00:15There have been stages where they were certain that they could be staying up.
00:19There's been stages where it looks like they've been dead and buried.
00:22But obviously, the new manager comes in and he makes an initial impact, a great win away at Leicester City.
00:29Recording some clean sheets as well is so important.
00:34It looks like he's certainly shored things up at the back.
00:37But how has Vitor come in and made this initial impact?
00:42It's something that possibly the foreign players are taking a liking to as well.
00:48The likes of the Jose Sarr, Sam Johnson situation seems to be sorted.
00:53Sarr seems to be back with a bit more confidence as well.
00:56So, he's clearly having the desired impact so far.
01:00It probably helps, doesn't it, that he's Portuguese and so many of these players in this Wolves squad are Portuguese-speaking,
01:06whether they be Portuguese themselves or Brazilians.
01:08You've got Spaniards in there as well.
01:09Uruguayan and Santi Bueno, a big South American outlet at Wolves.
01:13So, it's understandable that they've got that backing immediately from the manager.
01:17And the relationship's being built up already.
01:19Mateus Cunha seemed to love Gary O'Neill, in fairness.
01:22They had a good relationship between them, a good bond.
01:24But in these early days, it's been a difficult period for Cunha with his investigation from the FA for an alleged incident against Ipswich Town.
01:31He was then found guilty for that.
01:33Too much ban, but the manager, Vitor Pereira, has guided him through that.
01:36And his man-management skills, you can't judge them too much because it's early days.
01:41But as he's shown kind of throughout his career in so many different countries, his adaptability is fantastic.
01:46And he's showing that already at Wolves.
01:48Of course, the 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest, not ideal.
01:52But in that match, Wolves had so many chances.
01:55Jorgen Strand-Larsen could have had a hat-trick.
01:57There are other opportunities as well in both halves of that game.
02:00And had they been tucked away, then Wolves potentially could have got a point for all three.
02:05It was just one of those evenings, and the 3-0 really flattered Forest.
02:08A very Nuno Espirito Santo performance, you could probably say, about that one.
02:12But yeah, I think Vitor has settled in well, as I say, building those relationships initially.
02:16And already a bond with the fan base, which is so, so important.
02:20Just quickly, on January, the business is needed to be done.
02:25It looks like defence is going to be a key area where they're looking to improve.
02:30Yeah, so Emmanuel Agbadoo is a centre-back from the French Ligue 1 division.
02:35He's coming in for around ÂŁ20 million or just under.
02:39He should be really important for Wolves, actually.
02:41Coming in with lots of physicality, a bit of pace as well, quite a lot of height.
02:45That's something that Gary O'Neill moaned about, was a lack of that.
02:48So many set-piece goals conceded this season.
02:50Agbadoo, hopefully, will be in the Wolves squad for the rest of the season
02:54and should boost them in that department.
