00:00Tomorrow night in Miami, it's the Orange Bowl between the Fighting Irish of
00:04Notre Dame, the 7th seed, and the Nittany Lions of Penn State, the 6th seed. We have
00:09seen this line work back and forth. It opened with Notre Dame as a slight
00:14moneyline favorite, a point and a half on the spread. As of yesterday afternoon,
00:19this line got to its peak currently of two and a half. It now has worked its way
00:25back down to only a point and a hook in favor of Notre Dame and just a few
00:30cents of distinction on the moneyline. The lower of our two totals in the
00:35semifinal round, just 45 and a half. Zeno, where do you begin your breakdown for
00:41the Orange Bowl tomorrow night in Miami between Penn State and Notre Dame?
00:45Well, let me pull back the curtains for the viewers here and even the listeners
00:49on Sirius XM. But, you know, we don't talk about the games ahead of time here.
00:53One of my greatest joys is watching Ben Stevens' reaction to something that I
00:57say. Whether he's absolutely apoplectic at what came out of my mouth and just
01:02totally distressed, or he actually agrees with me and nods in affirmation. So, when
01:07I say that I'm willing to step in front of Notre Dame again for the third
01:12consecutive game because I just don't trust this offense and I just don't
01:16think that offensively they have enough firepower to win this game. I can't, I just,
01:23I'm waiting for somebody to remind us that Notre Dame isn't that good. I mean,
01:29look, they won the game against Georgia on two plays. The last play before the
01:33half where they sacked Gunnar Stockton and fumbled it and got a free score and
01:37then the opening kickoff of the second half that they ran back. Their offense
01:40has not really done anything all that impressive. They basically won the
01:44Indiana game on one play and that was the 98-yard touchdown run by Jeremiah
01:48Love. So, like, I'm just, they're finally going to face a team that I think
01:55offensively, and I know Indiana had a lot of good offensive numbers, but they
01:58didn't play a lot of legitimate defenses all year long and when they did they
02:01struggled. So, this is a team on both sides of the ball in Penn State that
02:05matches up pretty well, I think, with Notre Dame. And this is an offense in
02:09Penn State that's been very competent for the second half of this season,
02:12continually putting up 30 points routinely, game in and game out. I just, I
02:17can't get off the fact that Penn State is a dog here after what they did in
02:20their first two rounds and where the love for Notre Dame is coming from. I
02:24just don't think Ryler Leonard is all that good, to be perfectly honest with
02:26you. I think Penn State has a better running game here. I think they got a
02:30better defense and the fact that I'm getting points with them, I'm gonna go
02:33for the third time in a row and bet against Notre Dame and hopefully I get
02:36it right this time.
