A light aircraft crashed near Rottnest Island in Perth, Australia on Tuesday afternoon, killing two tourists from Switzerland and Denmark, along with the pilot.

00:57We understand of the seven passengers, three were couples and the pilot.
01:05Three of those people are recovering in hospital, ranging from very minor injuries to a very
01:11serious hand injury.
01:13We are working with all of those survivors to understand what their observations were
01:20of the crash.
01:21Local media reported that the plane collided with the water after take-off, before coming
01:26to rest partially submerged.
01:28Authorities have started an investigation.
