01:20The development of youth, the welfare of youth, the protection of youth's rights,

01:28and along with that, the duties and responsibilities of youth.

01:32The youth of this country should be prosperous, should be physically and mentally improved,

01:40and they should put their physical and mental skills in the development of this country,

01:49in making it a developed nation, this is the aim of all of us.

01:57With the theme of Developed India 2047, the 28th National Youth Festival is being organized in Delhi.

02:11For this youth festival, programs have been organized in various stages throughout the state.

02:24The aim of the Developed India 2047 is not to be organized in a room.

02:37This is why the Developed India Young Leaders Dialogue has been started.

02:47And with that, in different states, in fact, in every state, this whole program has been organized in four stages.

02:59Out of which, three stages have been completed.

03:03The fourth stage, as I said, the National Youth Festival will be held on the 11th and 12th in Delhi,
