00:00The election period will begin this coming Sunday.

00:05At the same time, GANBAN will be held,

00:08where the comelect of certification for those exempted will also be released.

00:56But the comelec said that they will release certifications for those exempted from GANBAN.

01:19our legislators, congressmen, and senators,
