The embattled leader is facing criminal charges of insurrection and abuse of power for his short-lived declaration of martial law last month. Anti-corruption investigators have attempted to detain him, but were blocked by presidential security.

01:50And with less than 24 hours until Yoon's arrest warrant expires, the head of the security
01:55service has reaffirmed he has no intention of complying with the warrant.
