01:12He was recognized as Police Senior Master Sergeant Ryan Mariano.

01:17He was hit by a bullet in the chest because of what happened.

01:20Even so, he was in good condition after being hospitalized.

01:25The motorcycle rider, alias Kasmir, and the rider, Haber Tating, who was dead on arrival at the hospital, were both dead.

01:34They were both residents of the barangay.

01:36According to the Zamboanga City Police Office, the target of their operation was Haber Tating,

01:41the most wanted person related to the murder case in Region 9.

01:45While on his arrival, there was a warrant of arrest for the murder case in Zamboanga City and Zamboanga del Norte.

01:51There was an outstanding warrant of arrest for Haber Tating for two counts of murder.

01:58After the incident, we also found the outstanding warrant against Kasmir also for murder.

10:48The price dropped from P35 to P38.

10:52Sulit and Nutri Rice are a mix coming from both imported and local sources.

11:00Sulit Rice is P35 to P36 per kilo.

11:06This is 100 percent broken.

11:09That's why it can be sold cheaper compared to our regular well-milled rice, which is normally 25 percent broken.

11:18Nutri Rice is a one-pass meal of rice.

11:23Between well-milled and browned rice, it contains fibrous materials and vitamins and minerals.

11:30Actually, it has a higher milling efficiency.

11:33That's why it can be sold for P37 to P38.

11:36You said it's a mix. Who makes it before it goes to the market?

11:42Our main distributor is Food Terminal Incorporated or STI.

11:48Again, it's coming from both local and imported sources.

11:52Some are complaining that it's hard to find a cheap type of rice.

11:56How do you plan to solve this issue?

12:00Here in Metro Manila, we are in 24 locations to choose from.

12:06These are public markets and four train stations.

12:10Our plan is that all Metro Manila markets will have the presence of the President.

12:19In the presence of the President's centers, we are at 170 before the year ends.

12:23By March-April, we will be at 300 before we reach 1,500 total before the end of 2028.

14:12And it should be balanced in the categorization of 5%, 15%, or 25% broken.

14:59The label will be removed, not the names because we understand,

15:03depending on the name of the rice, the price will be the same.

15:06There are types of rice that are more expensive than other varieties.

15:10The problem is when you put the premium and special,

15:15there will be an issue.

15:17You can still put the label,

15:19we just don't want there to be a wrong classification of premium and special,

15:26and the right price should not be observed when it becomes premium and special.

15:33Is there a concern of the DIA that the price of rice will be reduced

15:37if this system is changed?
