00:00We've seen the PTV news now, more than 100 Filipinos have been added to the list of those who were injured in the fire in the outbreak of 2025, according to the Department of Health.
00:19Because of this, the total number of firecracker-related injuries rose to 340 from December 22 to this morning, January 1.
00:32This is lower by 36% compared to the same time last year. Most of the victims are 19 years old and older.
00:46Meanwhile, the amount of assistance distributed by the government to the residents affected by the activity of the volcano has reached P150 million.
00:58According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, P45 million was allocated to Western Visayas while P104 million was allocated to Central Visayas.
01:12This is made up of family food packs, hygiene and sleeping kits, and financial assistance for a total of 1,700 families.
