00:07because of the flash floods that brought on an unceasing rain.

00:20Meanwhile, in Region 12, where the ITCZ was also affected,

00:29contacted the affected LGUs to ask for help.
00:32According to DSWD, they were able to receive a total of Php 86,000 relief aid
00:38to residents of Alabel Town in Sarangani.
