00:40was proven by a long friendship between the Philippines and Cambodia.
00:44Likewise, the two governments agreed to fight human trafficking and other transnational crimes.
00:53At the same time, the DFA reminded the Filipinos that surrogacy is banned in Cambodia.
01:00Meanwhile, the Department of Social Welfare and Development will provide temporary housing to the so-called surrogate mothers.
01:08DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian ordered their field office to provide the necessary assistance to these mothers
01:16and surrogates under their Recovery and Reintegration Program for Trafficked Persons.
