00:00Oplan Exodus, that is the plan of Canlaon City if the worst-case scenario happens because of the volcano Canlaon.

00:07It means that all the residents of the city must abandon their homes.

00:18The PNP personnel who are watching are not just going to enter the border control.

00:24This is just one of the six-kilometer-radius danger zones in Canlaon City.

00:30Some residents will be allowed to enter but they must have a logbook.

00:36We need a logbook so we can count who are entering the six-kilometer-radius danger zone.

00:45Because their homes are already there.

00:49The Office of Civil Defense, Region 7, is already helping the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental.

00:55This is to prepare for the so-called Oplan Exodus.

00:59Here, all residents of Canlaon City must leave their homes even if the status of Mount Canlaon rises to Alert Level 5.

01:09In the worst-case scenario, 14-kilometer-radius away from the crater engulfed almost all of Canlaon City.

01:18I told the Governor to prepare for the worst.

01:24If you run away outside of the circle, their welcoming committee is really valuable.

01:36If there is a spillover, there is a slight spillover in Gihulngan.

01:43Because there is a side of Canlaon City that is already engulfed by Gihulngan.

01:49For this to be done, the City Government is already preparing the transportation of almost 60,000 residents.
