01:32why not, in a general perspective, talk about the entire sky of Sahabiyyat
01:37and we generally know what is the greatness of Sahaba-e-Ikram, Ridwanullah-e-Ta'ala,
01:43what is their rank.
01:45In this regard, you will watch this program and different images will be presented.
01:51The format of this program has been made very unique,
01:55so that we get a motivation, especially we want to focus on our youth
01:59because it is very important to give awareness to our youth
02:03that actually, who are our real ideals, our real heroes?
02:08And when will this happen?
02:09When they will get awareness, you will educate them,
02:12when they will get to know their qualities, their characteristics,
02:15and their achievements,
02:18then we are sure that by the grace and blessings of Allah,
02:22these youth will make their ideals and their heroes,
02:25these very Sahaba-e-Ikram, Ridwanullah-e-Ta'ala,
02:28upon all of them.
02:29So, the format is as follows,
02:31that an excellent religious scholar, an Islamic scholar,
02:33a well-known personality,
02:35you and I are with them,
02:38and through the light of the Qur'an and Hadith,
02:42we all benefit.
02:43Insha'Allah, an excellent religious scholar will be present in this program.
02:46And along with this, our youth will also be present,
02:50and not only will we benefit from the words of an excellent religious scholar
02:55in our different images,
02:59but along with that, we will also include the questions of the youth,
03:03so that in the present era, the questions that are arising in the minds,
03:07their answers can be given in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith
03:10in a profound and authentic way.
03:14They are present with us in today's episode.
03:17They are not dependent on any introduction.
03:20You all see them, know them,
03:22and like them a lot in the whole world.
03:24This is the fruit of the propagation of the knowledge of religion and the propagation of religion,
03:29that today, Alhamdulillah, Mufti Sahib is known, accepted, recognized,
03:33and liked all over the world.
03:34Hazrat Allama Maulana Mufti Muhammad Suhail Lada Amjadi Sahib is present with us.
03:39Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
03:42May Allah bless you, Mufti Sahib. JazakAllah.
03:44Both eyes of you.
03:45We are also very happy that you are present.

03:54And after that, your questions will also be included in today's program according to the format.
03:59So, I would like to start with your noble thoughts and noble words.
04:04Our viewers, all of us together, may we benefit from it.
04:07In the name of Allah.
04:08In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
04:12All praise is due to Allah, the One and Only.
04:14And peace and blessings be upon those who have not yet been prophets.
04:19And upon all those who have followed and followed him in a good manner.
04:24O Allah, bless our Master and Master,
04:27Muhammad, and upon his family and his companions.
04:31And bless him and grant him peace.
04:33All the viewers and listeners who are watching and listening,
04:38and our future is also present here.
04:44There are youths and children in it.
04:47And this is our future.
04:49So, I would like to say a few things about the companions in light of the Quran and Hadith.
04:56Professor Sumair, the thing is that,
04:59in every era, all the prophets and messengers of Allah, peace be upon them,
05:06their importance is at their own place.
05:11But the companions, their importance is also at their own place.
05:16Amazing.
05:17And everyone's importance is due to the blessings of the prophets and messengers of Allah.
05:23All praise is due to Allah.
05:25You see, when a person is important,
05:28then what is attached to him also becomes important.
05:31Amazing.
05:33So, all the companions of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him,
05:39remember that all my young companions are sitting here,
05:43our children are sitting here.
05:45Who are the companions?
05:48The person who saw you in the life of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him,
05:58or saw you, or listened to your words,
06:02or talked to you,
06:07or even sat in your company for a moment,
06:12provided that with faith.
06:15So, now they will be called companions.
06:18And it is also important for them to have left this world in a state of faith.
06:23They are companions.
06:25Even for a moment,
06:27someone saw my Master, peace be upon him,
06:30took his company,
06:32so now they will be called companions.
06:35And what does a companion mean?
06:38It means the companion of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
06:43Now, the word jama'a means companion,
06:46and the word jama'a means companions, companions, companions,
06:50all of these are jama'a.
06:52So, the companions of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him,
06:56all the perfect saints of the Ummah,
07:00whether they are Ghus, Qutub, Abdal,
07:04or from any position,
07:05or from among the followers,
07:09they are superior to each other.
07:11They are superior to each other.
07:14Now, regarding the companions of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him,
07:18Allah the Almighty, in the Quran,
07:20not in one place,
07:22but in many places, has stated different statements.
07:26Now, for example,
07:28the verse of the Quran is Surah Hadid,
07:33and the verse is number 10,
07:34verse number 1227.
07:36And I will say that when you go to your homes,
07:38do read this verse.
07:41You have to remember this.
07:42Now, we say that they are superior to each other.
07:47Allah the Almighty has categorized them.
07:50First come first.
07:51Amazing.
07:53Those who have given their lives before the conquest of Mecca
07:58and those who have spent their wealth before the conquest of Mecca
08:01are not equal to those who have given their lives before the conquest of Mecca
08:06and those who have spent their wealth after the conquest of Mecca.
08:09They are not equal.
08:11Right?
08:12But what did He say with this?
08:14Wa kullu wa'adallahu al-husna.
08:17Amazing.
08:18Right? He has categorized them.
08:20But what did He say?
08:21Allah the Almighty has promised goodness to each one of these companions.
08:28Subhanallah.
08:29Whether it is before the conquest of Mecca or after.
08:31Yes, He has promised goodness.
08:33Now, if we look at the companions,
08:39the verse of the Holy Quran which is in Surah At-Tawbah verse 11
08:44and the second page of Surah At-Tawbah
08:47the verse of the Holy Quran which is in Surah At-Tawbah
08:49was sabiqoonal awwaloon minal muhajireen wal ansaar.
08:54Amazing.
08:55Those who have given their lives before the conquest of Mecca.
08:57Okay, who are those who have given their lives before the conquest of Mecca?
09:00Who are those who have given their lives before the conquest of Mecca?
09:05Whether they are from the Muhajireen or from the Ansar.
09:09Now, who are those who have given their lives before the conquest of Mecca?
09:12According to one narration, if we talk about the Muhajireen,
09:17if we look at the men,
09:20Sayyiduna Siddique Akbar,
09:23if we look at the boys,
09:25Maula Ali al-Murtada,
09:28if we look at the slaves,
09:30Zaid bin Haritha,
09:32and if we look at the women,
09:34then the first woman,
09:36Ummul Mu'mineen,
09:37Sayyida Khadija.
09:41Subhanallah.
09:42All of them are those who have given their lives before the conquest of Mecca.
09:44Now, do you know that
09:47Sayyiduna Siddique Akbar did not give his life before the conquest of Mecca.
09:52In fact,
09:53the remaining five among the ten Mubasharas,
09:57among whom are Abdul Rahman bin Auf,
10:00Talha,
10:01Zubair,
10:02Sa'ad bin Abi Waqas,
10:04all of them are those who
10:07when Sayyiduna Siddique Akbar believed in the Prophet,
10:12then Sayyiduna Siddique Akbar motivated them.
10:16Allah Akbar.
10:18Abdul Rahman bin Auf,
10:21Talha,
10:22Zubair,
10:23Sa'ad bin Abi Waqas,
10:25he motivated all of them.
10:27So, he led five Mubashara Salah,
10:31taught them about the religion and then took them to Prophet Muhammad.
10:35So, it is said that he is also the one who taught the Muhajireen.
10:39Subhanallah.
10:41And who taught the Ansar?
10:44Because it is said about both that Muhajireen and Ansar.
10:47So, who are the Ansar?
10:48The Muhajireen are those who migrated from Makkah to Madinah Munawwara.
10:54And the Ansar are those who helped the Prophet.
10:58They embraced the Muhajireen.
11:00And when the brotherhood was established,
11:02my Master, peace and blessings be upon him,
11:03he gave them half of his property and half of his wealth.
11:06Who are among them?
11:08Huzoor, Prophet Muhammad was a Ghati.
11:12So, when people would come to perform Hajj,
11:15my Prophet would preach Islam there.
11:19So, six people came from Madinah Munawwara in the first year.
11:23They accepted Islam.
11:25They are called Ashab-e-Aqabat-ul-Ula.
11:31The first Bai'at was done by the Ansar.
11:35In the second year, six more people came.
11:38They also accepted Islam and entered it.
11:42They are also called Ashab-e-Aqabat-ul-Ula.
11:46In the third year, when about 70 people came,
11:51they accepted Islam.
11:53They are called Ashab-e-Aqabat-ul-Sani.
11:57So, they are the ones who preceded all the Ansar.
12:03Now, among the companions of the Prophet,
12:07he made a promise to all of them.
12:12Now, if we categorize them,
12:14the greatest are the Khulafah-e-Rashideen.
12:19The rest of the Khulafah-e-Rashideen after the Khulafah-e-Rashideen
12:24are the rest of the six Khulafah-e-Rashideen.
12:27Who are the rest of the six Khulafah-e-Rashideen?
12:29Abdul Rahman bin Auf, Talha, Zubair, Sa'eed bin Zaid,
12:32Sa'ad bin Abi Waqas, and Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah.
12:37So, all of them are the greatest Khulafah-e-Rashideen.
12:45After this, the Battle of Badr, the Battle of Uhud,
12:49and then the Battle of Rizwan.
12:52And then all the companions.
12:54The last narration is very beautiful.
12:56SubhanAllah.
12:57Look at the love of the Prophet.
13:01Hazrat-e-Qaam narrates that
13:04when we were sitting,
13:06the Muhajireen and the Ansar said that
13:10the love of the Prophet is greater than ours.
13:14The Ansar said that it is greater than us.
13:16In the meantime, the Prophet came.
13:19He heard the conversation and said,
13:21you said the right thing to the Ansar.
13:23You said the right thing to the Muhajireen.
13:26The Bani Hashim were also there,
13:28your family members.
13:30He said, you said the right thing.
13:32After that, the Prophet said very beautiful things.
13:36He said to the Ansar that you are my brother.
13:39He said to the Muhajireen that you are from me.
13:42He said to the Bani Hashim that you are from me and I am from you.
13:46Everyone was satisfied.
13:48This is the love of the Prophet for his companions.
13:51Allahu Akbar.
13:52What a beautiful way of loving the Prophet.
13:57What can I say about your love?
14:00As the Mufti said,
14:02the love for the Prophet,
14:05the way he expressed it,
14:07the way he acted,
14:10Allahu Akbar.
14:10To sacrifice everything,
14:12his body, his mind, his wealth,
14:15for the sake of the Prophet,
14:17we see the companions of the Prophet.
14:20You know the topic of the day,
14:22the status of the companions.
14:24According to the format,
14:28we want to include the questions of the youth.
14:30So any question?
14:31Does anyone want to ask a question?
14:32Yes.
14:34Peace be upon you.
14:37My name is Muhammad Ahsan.
14:38My question is what is the definition of a companion?
14:41Mashallah.
14:42This is a very important question.
14:44In my speech,
14:46I have said something.
14:49Yes, you said it.
14:50A companion is someone who has seen the Prophet in his state of faith.
15:00Or he has talked to him.
15:03Or he has sat with him.
15:05And even if he has sat for a moment,
15:09and has departed from this world in his state of faith,
15:12he will be called a companion.
15:13You have fully praised him.
15:15He will be called a companion.
15:17And after the Prophets in the Ummah,
15:20when I talk about the companions,
15:22the Ahl-e-Bayt and Ahl-e-Tahrir are included.
15:24No doubt.
15:25So in the Ummah, after the Prophet,
15:29after the Prophets,
15:30these companions are superior to all creatures.
15:34No doubt.
15:35Did everyone understand?
15:36Yes.
15:36Will everyone remember?
15:37Does anyone else have a question?
15:39The plural of this word is
15:40Ashab, Sahaba, Sihaba.
15:43It is a plural.
15:44Sahabi is singular.
15:45Okay.
15:46Okay, son.
15:47Yes, son.
15:47You can ask a question.
15:48Peace be upon you.
15:49Peace be upon you too.
15:50My question to you is
15:53do other companions of the Prophet
15:55have their Ashab mentioned in history?
15:58I think Mushti Sahib wants to ask
16:00do other companions of the Prophet
16:02have their Ashab mentioned in history?
16:05Look, if we study the Quran
16:09and the Hadiths,
16:11we find many things.
16:13Okay.
16:14For example, it is the case of Noah.
16:16He preached for 950 years.
16:20Right.
16:21And the companions who were with him,
16:23the ones who believed in him,
16:25obviously, they must have seen Noah.
16:28They used to stay with him.
16:29Okay.
16:30So, there were about 72, 73 or 80 of them.
16:34Right.
16:34So, it means that they were all his companions.
16:38And when he got them on the boat,
16:41the rest of the disobedient people were destroyed.
16:46But after 6 months, the boat stopped.
16:48So, all his companions were with him.
16:51So, his companions were his companions.
16:53Yes, they were his companions.
16:54Okay.
16:55Similarly, Moses A.S.
16:58According to one tradition,
17:01he had a total of 600,000 companions.
17:02Allahu Akbar.
17:03And according to one tradition,
17:04he had 300,000 companions.
17:07At least, 300,000 plus companions.
17:08Yes.
17:09Similarly, if we talk about Jesus A.S.
17:14He is mentioned as
17:16Qaulil Hawariyun Hawariyeen.
17:20It is said that he used to wear very bright clothes.
17:23That is why he is called Hawariyeen, his companion.
17:27So, there are 12 of them.
17:2912 of them were his companions.
17:31And when we read Surah Yasin,
17:34it is mentioned in Surah Waja'a Rajulu Min Aqsal Madinati Yasa'a
17:38that there is mention of Sadiq, Mazduq, Saloom or Shaloom.
17:42He had sent them for preaching.
17:45So, all of them were his companions.
17:48When Sulaiman A.S. used to sit on the throne,
17:52there is mention of Asif Bin Barkhiyah.
17:54Qaulil Lazee Indahu Ilmu Minal Kitabi
17:56Freetu Minal Jinni
17:58He was one of the Jinn and one of the humans.
18:00He was one of his companions.
18:02So, we get this mention of him.
18:04But I have to say that
18:07the companions of Moses A.S.
18:10when the time came, they said,
18:12Fadhab Anta Warabuka Faqatila Inna Hawla Qa'idun
18:16You are giving a point.
18:17You go and fight your Lord with the enemies.
18:21We are sitting here.
18:22We will not go.
18:23When it comes to the companions of my Prophet A.S.,
18:26what did they say?
18:28O Messenger of Allah,
18:30we will fight you from all sides.
18:36If you give us an order, we will jump into the river.
18:38Allah Hu Akbar.
18:40May you be safe, Mufti Sahib.
18:41Do you have any more questions?
18:42I have a question.
18:44Peace be upon you.
18:45Peace be upon you too.
18:47Was the mention of the companions of the Prophet A.S.
18:51mentioned in the books of the previous companions?
18:53So, you said that they are mentioned in the books of the previous companions.
18:58The companions of the Prophet A.S.
19:00See, our Quran says,
19:03Surah Al-Fatah, verse 26.
19:06And the last verse of Surah Al-Fatah,
19:08where does it start?
19:09Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
19:12That Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
19:14No doubt.
19:14And those who are with him and those who are his companions.
19:18Then his attributes are mentioned,
19:20that he is strict with the disbelievers and merciful to them.
19:24Amazing.
19:24When there is a battle field on the disbelievers,
19:27they attack like a lion and are merciful to each other.
19:30Then it is said that
19:32that is their example in the Torah and the Gospels.
19:36That their example is mentioned in the Torah,
19:38that is, in the Old Testament and in the Gospels,
19:41that is, in the New Testament.
19:43Allah Hu Akbar.
19:44And in the Torah and the Gospels,
19:47they are mentioned in such a way
19:49that there will be a nation
19:50which will be like a farm.
19:54And it is said that
19:56they will command goodness and stop evil.
20:00So it is said that the farmer is Prophet Muhammad A.S.
20:04And the crops and its fruits,
20:08fruits or whatever they are,
20:09they are all the companions of the Prophet A.S.
20:11They will be less in the beginning and will increase later.
20:13And it was like this that they were entering Islam one by one in the beginning
20:16and after that they came into the fold of my Master A.S.
20:19Amazing, amazing, amazing.
20:21Subhanallah.
20:22Mufti Sahib, thank you very much.
20:23May Allah reward you.
20:26Very beautiful words, beautiful conversation.
20:28And I would like to thank the youth as well.
20:30You asked very good questions in today's time
20:34that arise in our minds.
20:36You asked questions and I think they are very scientific,
20:39the way Mufti Sahib gave the reference of the Qur'an,
20:42more than this, you will get a reference-based, authentic,
20:46credible conversation and what will you get.
20:48May Allah keep you safe.
20:50I am saying without exaggeration,
20:51the references that you have given,
20:53you can sit at home and analyze them today.
20:55Because until we are aware
20:57that what is the character of our companions Rizwanullah A.S.
21:02We will analyze it, we will be aware
21:04and when knowledge will come,
21:05then love will increase, worship will increase.
21:07May Allah enable us to spend our lives
21:10and enlighten our world and hereafter.
21:13Programme, Maqam-e-Sahaba.
21:15With the permission of our host, Sumair Ahmed.
21:18Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
