00:00President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. recommended the House Quad Committee to the Department of Justice.
00:07According to the President, there is a process for this, and if there is enough evidence, it is for the case build-up.
00:17Well, the DOJ has to make that assessment.
00:20So, the Quad Committee has a recommendation, that's the process.
00:25When they do an oversight hearing, they have findings, they will forward it to the DOJ with their own recommendations as to how to handle the findings in the hearings.
00:41So, we will go now to the DOJ, the DOJ will look at it and see if it is time to file cases, what cases to file, how to produce the evidence that we will need to actually build the case up.
00:58So, they will look at it, they will need to assess it well, if it can be a case, if the direction of the recommendation of the committees from the House is correct.
