02:57In 1% of cases, those people who want to do catharsis,
03:07who have a burden on their mind,
03:13they want to vent out their emotions in front of a person.
03:24So, they go to a Fakir and just want to speak to him.
03:28They want him to listen to what they say.
03:31And when they speak to him, even if the Fakir does not respond,
03:36they are satisfied.
03:41That is called catharsis.
03:44A Fakir also does catharsis.
03:47But he does it with his own being.
03:51He wants solitude.
03:53When he is alone, he does his catharsis.
03:57That is why solitude is very dear to a Fakir.
04:00He cannot tolerate anyone interfering in his life.
04:05In the olden days, you must have heard that
04:09whenever a Fakir became famous, he would leave the area and run away.
04:14The basic reason for this is that
04:16that Fakir needs time to think and reflect.
04:20He needs time for his worship.
04:23God will not see time.
04:27Time will come.
04:29Now, a Fakir cannot return to a person of God.
04:33He is helpless.
04:35The easiest way to solve his problem is to leave the area and run away.
04:44So, he goes somewhere and takes solitude.
04:47That is called catharsis.
04:50So, catharsis in a way is a very healthy activity for a person.

10:27My question is that in the field of spirituality,
10:30do women get a post or a position?
10:34Because we see a majority of men in this.
10:37What a high position has been given to Bibi Rabia Basri?
10:43She was a woman.
10:45The man who works hard to get closer to God,
10:50he certainly gets his reward.
10:53He comes closer to God.
10:56This is a very glaring example of Bibi Rabia Basri.
11:01But women, in my opinion, should be called oppressed,
11:09because they are burdened with so many responsibilities,
11:13that they are able to focus less on worship.
11:18All women do the obligatory worship,
11:22but beyond that,
11:24they are burdened with so many responsibilities,
11:28that we see women who have reached a high position in spirituality.
11:34So, Kashf-e-Kaboor or Kashf-e-Shaqsi,
11:38and in Kashf-e-Shaqsi,
11:40and in Kashf-e-Shaqsi,
11:42we will come to the point of how to attain Kashf-e-Ikhtiari,
11:47which very few saints attain.
11:50For that, the foundation has to be laid,
11:54that how benevolent you are for the creation of God.
12:00The more benevolent you are for the creation of God,
12:05the sooner you will attain nearness to God.
12:08When I used to study in class 9 or 10,
12:12our head teacher used to teach us English.
12:17His way of teaching was very beautiful.
12:20At that time, we used to wonder what this method was.
12:23Today, we say that it was a very beautiful method.
12:26He used to teach us a textbook for 15 minutes,
12:29and then he would tell us a short story.
12:34We used to hear a lot of things in class every day.
12:39Once he said,
12:41the easiest way to enter the heart of a mother
12:45is to love her children.
12:48God is much more benevolent than a mother.
12:52So, the easiest way to attain nearness to God
12:55is to be benevolent for His creation.
12:59When you become benevolent for His creation,
13:03then He will make you His nearness.
13:06When He makes you His nearness,
13:08then a lot of things go wrong.
13:10But the basis is the same.
13:12What would you like to say?
13:14How can a person develop the quality of forgiveness within himself?
13:19And what are the limits of forgiveness?
13:22There is a Sunnah of the Prophet.
13:25The Prophet had the qualities of forgiveness.
13:33So, we say that
13:35the Sunnah of the Prophet is to forgive.
13:40Secondly, God also forgives.
13:43It is the Sunnah of God to forgive.
13:47So, there are no limits.
13:50But the first part of the question is
13:54how to develop the qualities of forgiveness.
13:57The strange thing is that
13:59if you take a step in the path of goodness,
14:07you will have to fight against your ego.
14:11And it is very difficult to follow your ego.
14:16The short cut to this is
14:21that you have to fight against your ego in everything.
14:26Your ego is going in 180 degrees opposite direction.
14:33So, gradually your ego will be defeated.
14:37Then your ego will be in control.
14:40What would you like to say?
14:42Peace be upon you, Shahzad.

14:44You mentioned in a lecture that
14:47Imam Ghazali says that
14:48the heart which has these seven qualities of forgiveness,
14:51there is no God in that heart.
14:53You mentioned Hirsul Taam and Hirsul Kalam.
14:57So, it was a food for thought for me.
15:00I realized why I am doing this.
15:03So, my question is that
15:05if you can explain more about these seven qualities of forgiveness.
15:13Imam Ghazali, may Allah have mercy on him,
15:16said that there are not seven, but ten.
15:19And the basis of this is to understand that
15:32Imam Ghazali, may Allah have mercy on him,
15:35said that
15:37God is very pure.
15:41He is very pure.
15:45A pure God cannot live in a heart
15:49where there is even a little bit of laziness.
15:53He is trying to say that
15:55purify your heart from laziness.
15:58Anger, jealousy,
16:02envy, Hirsul Kalam, Hirsul Taam,
16:05all these things,
16:08purify your heart from them.
16:13Only then will God live in it.
16:16This means that
16:19these are all things related to the self.
16:25So, if these remain in our hearts,
16:30then at some point or the other,
16:35we will listen to our self
16:38and we will go away from God.
16:41Don't go by words.
16:43See what he is trying to say,
16:45what he is trying to say.
16:48What I was saying just now,
16:53that Imam Ghazali, may Allah have mercy on him,
16:56is inviting us to fight with our self.
16:59Fight with your self.
17:01Purify your heart.
17:04Then you will attain the nearness of God.
17:10How to attain spirituality?
17:12And the second question is,
17:13how to increase in risk?
17:15See, to attain spirituality,
17:19I have already answered 2-3 questions.
17:23The most difficult thing is
17:26to bear the force of God's creation.
17:31This force cannot be borne by a human being.
17:34It breaks out somewhere or the other.
17:37So, the person who has learned to bear the force of God's creation,
17:43he will definitely attain spirituality.
17:46This is the first step.
17:49Now, I am speaking in Urdu, Gahri, Punjabi in front of you
17:55and wasting your time for an hour.
17:59What kind of advice am I giving you?
18:01If someone says to me,
18:03I will hit him with a brick.
18:07I will not be able to bear the force of anyone.
18:12So, first of all,
18:14remove this thing from yourself
18:17and find a strange way to remove it.
18:23God has said in the Holy Quran,
18:26that all honour is for God.
18:30Whoever He wants, He grants honour.
18:33I was not able to convey the rest of it in words.
18:37So, when all honour is for God,
18:42but if I am sure from within,
18:44even if I do not say it in words,
18:46that all honour is for God,
18:49whoever He wants, He grants honour.
18:54So, when my God wants to grant me honour,
18:57the whole world will not be able to stop that honour.
19:01And if the opposite is happening,
19:03then the whole world will not be able to save me.
19:07So, where did my insult come from?
19:11One sentence, you and I use it a lot,
19:16that God is our provider,
19:19God provides us with sustenance.
19:24These are the things that we keep the most carefully.
19:28At least, I keep it.
19:30That how can anyone take a single penny from me,
19:32tell me this.
19:36God grants it,
19:38anyone can take it from God,
19:41but I will keep it the most carefully.
19:46And a bigger joke than this is that
19:50I say that my life and death are in the hands of God.
19:57If someone puts a gun to my head,
19:59threatens me with death,
20:00and asks me to do anything,
20:03then where has my faith gone,
20:06which I keep saying day and night.
20:11So, in order to adopt spirituality,
20:15first of all, I should have faith in the will of God,
20:19in what God is saying.
20:21When I have faith in God,
20:25in what He has said,
20:28that through my personal life,
20:31through my personal actions,
20:33He has started to shine,
20:37then I should understand that
20:39I am now qualified to adopt spirituality.
20:45So, first of all, come to the point.
20:49There is a very simple way to be blessed in your livelihood,
20:54that you make the people of God a part of your livelihood.
20:59To the extent that you have the courage,
21:02and its priority,
21:05the order of priority that God has stated in the hadith,
21:10that your closest relatives,
21:13like your siblings,
21:15your parents,
21:16your relatives,
21:19your friends and family,
21:24are going to meet you in this priority.
21:28So, when we make God a part of our lives,
21:32then there is a lot of benefit in our livelihood.
21:35Which one would you like to talk about?
21:38If our parents are in this world,
21:40or have left this world,
21:42then how can we serve them in a better way?
21:45Brother, these things are such,
21:47which we get written in the books,
21:51that if the parents are alive,
21:55fortunately,
21:56if our parents are alive,
22:00then we should serve them wholeheartedly.
22:05And if they have left this world,
22:08then we should pray for them,
22:11and we should give them a charity,
22:17so that their soul receives its reward.
22:19And we should pray for them.
22:22Which one would you like to talk about?
22:24The question was,
22:27how can we eliminate negative energy from our lives?
22:31And,
22:32the seven subtleties,
22:34the seven chakras,
22:36could you please elaborate on that?
22:40There is only one way to remove negativity.
22:47As Imam Abu Hanifa said,
22:53that negativity is the biggest lie in the world.
22:56We should be saved from negativity.
22:59When we hear from within,
23:03that this person,
23:05what he is saying,
23:07he has no meaning,
23:08he has a different meaning.
23:10We get confused,
23:11that he is such a good person,
23:12why would he do such a thing?
23:14So,
23:15the negativity,
23:18the doubts,
23:19the fears,
23:21if we keep ruling them out,
23:26then the negativity gets eliminated.
23:28Then we see only the positive side of things.
23:32The scholars have said,
23:35that there are nine subtleties,
23:38and some call it the seven subtleties.
23:43Now,
23:44the subtleties that we have mentioned,
23:48according to them,
23:50each of the subtleties,
23:55should be chosen and developed.
24:00So,
24:01for that,
24:02different kinds of zikr are used.
24:06Positive and negative zikr are used.
24:11Allahu zikr is used.
24:14When we breathe in,
24:15we do one part of the zikr,
24:18while exhaling,
24:19we do the other part of the zikr.
24:22So,
24:23the people who believe in this,
24:26they say that,
24:27if we consider each of the nine subtleties,
24:35and apply zikr there,
24:38then it develops.
24:41Now, the third eye is here.
24:46We use it to activate the heart.
24:49Which one would you like to talk about?

24:56I would like to ask,
24:57can we integrate religious knowledge
24:59with today's advanced knowledge?
25:02And,
25:03will this integration be better?

25:14the scholars who are educated,
25:18they are working on this.
25:21That,

27:33ablution is taught in general.

27:41and it is a good thing,

27:44we do not ignore the Islamic commandments,

27:51this is what the Lord says,
27:52this should be done.

27:56for the unseen faith.
27:58It is a very superior thing.

28:02who has a logical mind,
28:04he is not ready to accept it.

28:25there are the religious commandments,

28:40I see people being cured of mental illnesses,

28:44I see people's emotional trauma being resolved.

28:48neither the heart is satisfied,
28:50nor the heart opens,
28:51nor there is closeness.
28:52Its reason and medicine,
28:54both,
28:55are benevolent.
28:57You are right,
28:59this is how the matter is.
29:01But,
29:02there is a reason for it.
29:04See,
29:06if we do not know,
29:08that a person has gone this way,
29:11then we ask people,
29:13that,
29:14such a person has gone this way,
29:16then,
29:17asking and asking,
29:18we reach behind that person.
29:20Or,
29:21if,
29:22there is such a place,
29:24where footprints are seen,
29:26then,
29:27we follow the footprints of a person,
29:30and reach where he has reached.
29:33Unfortunately,
29:34as I said in the beginning,
29:36although I said a lot of things,
29:38but,
29:39that is the reality.
29:41We have,
29:42such a lighthouse,
29:44which is present.
29:46Like,
29:47in the sea,
29:48lighthouses are made,
29:49that in a storm,
29:51lost ships,
29:53find their way.
29:55We also have,
29:57such a lighthouse,
29:59which is present,
30:01from where we,
30:03can find the right way.
30:06We do not go that way.
30:09I often,
30:11say this,
30:13that,
30:14the safest way is,

30:18just close your eyes,
30:20and follow the Sunnah,
30:22which is my practical life.
