00:16He has said that in the presence of the Pakistan Madrasa Educational Board Ordinance 2001 and Capital Territory Trust Act 2020,

00:26The second objection is that there is a contradiction in the description of Madrasa in the various sections of the new bill.

00:31And in the beginning of the Society's Registration Act 1860, Madrasa is not mentioned.

00:38If Madaris is registered under the Society's Act, then there will be a threat of other international restrictions such as FATF and GSP.

00:49Religious education is not included in the Society's Registration Act 1860.

00:51Fine arts education is included in it.

00:53Dance classes and art classes are included in it.

00:55Therefore, if religious education and fine arts are included in the Society's Registration Act, then there will be a contradiction.

01:03By registering Madrasa under the Society's Act, it can also be used for other purposes other than education.

01:08And there will be a fear that the situation of peace will deteriorate.

01:14The President of the country has said that there will be a threat of sectarianism from registration in the Society's Act.

01:22There will be a conflict of interest from the registration of Madrasas in the Society's Act.

01:28The President has also raised the objection that if the registration of Madaris was started through the Society's Act, then the law can be less strict.
