00:00We started with a simple but very ambitious vision, which is to create a company where people come back to work a little happier every day.
00:12We called it People First. It is a program for which we listened to all the people who asked us a simple thing, which is flexibility in combining work and family needs.
00:24We are the company of Pampers, Ines and Ace, so within our program there was a special place for parents.
00:32Parents ask for the same thing, flexibility. For this reason, we have been working 5 on 5 for 5 years.
00:41We asked ourselves how to help families with children, and so we have made available a 250 euro monthly asylum bonus per child, precisely to support the age of the asylum.
00:56This has been a more flexible tool to give to all our colleagues, compared to creating a nest asylum in our office, which would require all colleagues to bring their children to the office.
01:08Another very important thing was to think about the second parent, so we extended the parental leave to three months, and 100% of our parents in fact have adhered to this possibility.
01:20So it's been two years that our parents come back a little tired, but also very happy to have followed their children.
01:26Among other things, we are very happy this week because we have just announced a new measure of this program, which we called Kids at Campus.
01:35Campus is our headquarter, our office, and so all our colleagues with children or boys over the age of 6 can bring them with them to our headquarter.
01:46They will be welcomed in fun but also safe places, and so while the parents are busy working, the boys can relax in the office or even do their homework.
01:56As a father, we have another solution to combine personal and professional life.
02:04It is a program that never stops because we are always listening, and so we are very happy where we are, but also very, very eager to continue to change.
