00:14Rightmoves has revealed the happiest places to live in the UK in 2024. Over 35,000 residents
00:22around the UK were asked for their thoughts on the area they live in to determine the
00:26rankings of the Happy at Home Index 2024. In the south-west, Syrinchester was crowned
00:33the happiest place to live, followed by St Ives and Dorchester. Bristol ranked 10th in
00:39the south-west and 84th in the UK.

00:49A popular supermarket in Bristol has gone up for sale as an investment opportunity.
00:55The co-op on Lodge Road in Kingswood has been put on the market for offers in excess of
01:00£950,000. The property compromises a large convenience store converted from a former
01:07public house in 2017. The first floor of the property is currently not in use by co-op
01:14and has potential to create active space such as residential dwellings subject to necessary
01:19concerns.

01:29A casino near Bristol city centre has announced that it is closing down imminently. Rainbow
01:35Casino next to Millennium Square has ceased operations after 10 years. The facility is
01:41one of two Rainbow Casinos in the country, with another operating in Birmingham.

01:54but obviously it is now closed immediately instead.
