00:13FIVOCS conducted an aerial survey of the Canlaon Volcano.
00:16Local authorities are urgently preparing to widen the danger zone to 10 kilometers at the time the alert level 4 was raised.
00:25According to the Philippine Air Force, Black Hawk, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology of FIVOCS conducted an aerial survey of the Canlaon Volcano earlier this morning, December 12.
00:36This is to closely monitor the condition of the volcano after its eruption on Monday, December 11.
00:45FIVOCS Director Teresito Balcolcol and Volcano Monitoring and Eruption Prediction Division Chief Maria Antonina Bornas conducted the aerial survey together with their team of documentaries and geologists.
00:57According to the experts, the images and videos they obtained will be used to record the effects of the eruption of the volcano
01:05as well as the pyroclastic density current or PDC deposits that floated and erupted around it.
01:12The PDCs are hot, fast, and destructive materials from the volcano such as volcanic ash, rocks, gas, and others.
