(Adnkronos) - “Inizialmente c'era una scomposizione ideale tra Pnrr e Pniec, quasi che il Pnrr dovesse significare essenzialmente infrastrutture, Pniec, ed energia. Oggi queste due categorie si stanno in qualche modo mescolando, in quanto disponiamo di molti impianti per la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili, che accedono a fondi Pnrr. Questo apre una prospettiva nuova che richiede naturalmente grande attenzione non soltanto sulla qualità delle valutazioni ambientali, ma anche sulla congruenza con i tempi di accesso ai finanziamenti”. Sono le dichiarazioni di Massimiliano Atelli, presidente della Commissione Via Vas – Pnrr Pniec, in occasione degli Stati Generali 2024 di Ontm - Osservatorio Nazionale Tutela del Mare.
