00:16:16sit somebody out here today. You have to one person reminder in your next challenge as pizza tribe you
00:16:22cannot sit that person out again. They can't get to sit out two times in a row. Brick tribe a little
00:16:27more complicated for you. You got to sit out two again and it cannot be the same people as last
00:16:31time which I believe would be Kirk and Lawan. You two cannot sit out in this challenge. Moon tribe

00:16:47You will all have a pole and you'll be standing five of you on this outer red ring. I will say
00:16:55ready up and then at any interval after that I'll yell go. When I yell go you will simply release.

00:17:08Move clockwise to your left and grab your tribe mate's pole. If everybody does that you're great.

00:18:28athletes who are really really long. So catching it's gonna be a little bit easier for them. I think
