00:00Hey, it's People in 10.
00:06Princess Kate is continuing to make her comeback.
00:08She's been flawless as she steps back into her role as a royal after going through chemo
00:13for her cancer diagnosis earlier this year.
00:15She and hubby Prince William welcomed the Emir of Qatar and his wife to the UK this
00:20week.
00:21We even spotted her dropping into the perfect curtsy when passing by her father-in-law King
00:24Charles at the welcome ceremony.
00:26It's like she never skipped a beat.
00:28She then took part in a parade to Buckingham Palace where the senior royals had a private
00:32lunch and viewed treasures from the royal collection that are relevant to Qatar.
00:36As for Kate's style, it was as symbolic as ever.
00:39She paid homage to the Qatari flag with a burgundy coat and paired it with a four-strand
00:44pearl necklace and pearl drop earrings from Queen Elizabeth's collection.
00:48Great to see her back and better than ever.
00:52Apple Martin just had a princess moment at Les Balles des Débutants in Paris.
00:57And it was all about the dress.
00:59Not many 20-year-olds get to wear custom Valentino that took 750 hours to make.
01:05It was pure couture perfection.
01:08Apple's parents, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin were there in their own Valentino looks,
01:13cheering her on alongside her brother Moses.
01:16Fun for the whole family.
01:19And while Apple is just coming up, Pamela Anderson and Demi Moore have years of wisdom
01:23to share.
01:25Pamela was fresh-faced at the Gotham Awards, saying makeup doesn't make sense for her right now.
01:29What's your definition of beauty these days?
01:31Being brave and living your dreams.
01:34While Demi mused how with age comes acceptance.
01:37Of course there's things that you go, I wish that was not that way.
01:41But in terms of the whole, I see myself in the fullness of who I am as opposed to just
01:47the external idea of who I am.
01:50All this as Meghan Trainor admits she went a little too hard on the Botox.
01:54I cannot smile.
01:55My face hurts to smile, to even try.
01:58This is how happy I can get.
02:00It's frozen.
02:01Ouch.
02:02Feel good, not frozen, people.
02:05Kerry Washington is getting her flowers via a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
02:09She called it a bucket list moment for her dad, who's been dreaming of this day for years.
02:14Mom, dad, can you believe it?
02:16An actual star.
02:19You made a wish and it came true.
02:22She was also joined by Scandal mastermind Shonda Rhimes and her friend Tyler Perry who
02:27shared a rare personal story about Kerry's daughter Isabel.
02:30The baby's walking in front of us with her diaper on and I'm looking at her and I'm like,
02:34I said, Kerry, she's walking like Olivia Pope.
02:37She's just, she's got the whole walk down all the way to the room.
02:40Talk about keeping it handled, just like her mama.
02:44Kourtney Kardashian is already in the mood for Christmas and she's spreading that cheer
02:48all over Instagram.
02:50Imagine living here.
02:52Her house is a winter wonderland.
02:54There are more trees than we can count and her family's elves are already up to some
02:58serious hijinks.
02:59Santa even stopped by from the North Pole while Kourt was turning up the heat in this
03:03festive outfit.
03:05Get it, girl.
03:07Nicki Garcia is talking for the first time about her messy divorce from Artem Shigvintsev.
03:12I didn't know that your heart can break that many times in such a short period of time.
03:18After Artem was arrested in August, Nicki disconnected for over three months to both
03:22protect her son and give herself space for healing.
03:26But it's been really tough to let go of how she dreamed her family would look.
03:30You go from having a great love story to having a terrible one and never saw any of it coming.
03:38It's no secret that Americans get pretty captivated by true crime stories and missing person cases.
03:43The latest has been Hannah Kobayashi, the Hawaiian woman who went missing from Los Angeles.
03:48Or did she?
03:49Let's call Adam for the latest.
03:51Hey Jacques, what's up?
03:53Hey Adam, hope you're well.
03:55So there's been a huge update in this.
03:57Hannah's in Mexico?
03:58Yeah, so I think it's the twist that none of us saw coming.
04:01This week police announced that they have seen video footage showing that Hannah crossed
04:05over the border into Tijuana, Mexico on foot looking totally unharmed basically the day
04:10after her family thought she disappeared.
04:12Police say there's no evidence she was trafficked and they said there's social media showing
04:15that Hannah had wanted to disconnect from the world.
04:17At this time, Kobayashi's case has been classified as a voluntary missing person.
04:22What does being a voluntary missing person actually mean for this case?
04:26So voluntary is the key word here that police stressed.
04:28They think she's in Mexico of her own free will.
04:30So they said the investigation from their end isn't going to continue.
04:33But if she comes back into the US, they'll be notified.
04:36Hannah is a grown woman who made the choice to travel to Mexico and didn't tell her family.
04:40But police also said it's pretty easy for Hannah to just send a simple message to her
04:43loved ones saying, I'm okay.
04:46For the family's part, we just spoke to their attorney a few moments ago and they say the
04:49search is not over.
04:51For anyone that hasn't been following along, can you please summarize why they were concerned
04:55in the first place?
04:56She's from Hawaii and she was in LA on her way to New York, but she never got on the
05:01flight to New York.
05:02Instead, she spent a few days in LA sending weird text messages to her family.
05:06There's another tragic twist to all of this.
05:07Hannah's father went to LA to join the search for her and ended up dying by suicide while
05:11he was there.
05:12Adam, so many twists and turns.
05:14Thank you for taking us through all of them.
05:15Great to be here, Jacques.
05:16Thanks.
05:17Country music's biggest night is always the party of the year.
05:21The CMA Awards obviously deliver on performances, red carpet style with a hunky tonk twist and
05:27the most epic meetups between all your faves.
05:30But wanna see how Nashville after parties?
05:32We got you.
05:33So while the winners stopped by this counter to get their statues engraved, some guests
05:38are actually getting their bodies inked on the spot.
05:41Over in this corner, the brothers Osbourne got a game of beer pong going with their partners.
05:46Plus there was good eating, lively dancing, and famous faces everywhere you turn.
05:51Oh yeah, Nashville knows how to party y'all.
05:55Sabrina Carpenter might be taking a break from her relationship with actor Barry Keoghan
05:59after about a year of dating.
06:00But she's got a lot to celebrate.
06:02Her Netflix special, A Nonsense Christmas drops this Friday and we are jingling with
06:07excitement.
06:08Welcome to a nonsense Christmas.
06:09And when you're coming down the tunnel, oh it feels so good.
06:13Expect comedy, festive vibes, holiday tunes, and collabs galore with Chappelle Roan, Tyla,
06:19Shania Twain, and Kyle Uchis.
06:21Non-musical stars like Quinta Brunson and Cara Delevingne are even stopping by too.
06:25Mark your calendars.
06:26Alright Mako, you're up.
06:29Take it away.
06:30Now it's the sit down with Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, and Jeremiah Bryant.
06:34Yay!
06:35Okay, we have a new season and a new cast member.
06:38And just when we thought the handsome meter couldn't get any higher, Jeremiah, welcome.
06:42He's stunning.
06:43No, he's not.
06:44Can I give you, I'll give you a people exclusive.
06:47Jeremiah actually needs the fat five because he does not believe he's beautiful.
06:51Oh my God, Karamo, no.
06:54Nope, I'm saying it.
06:55I'm saying it.
06:56Jeremiah is so freaking humble.
06:58He just did not see it.
07:00And we're all like.
07:01I saw him with his shirt off and I still haven't recovered.
07:05Jeremiah, how did you prepare yourself to be a part of this iconic group and show?
07:09Listen, the only thing that I came prepared to do was give myself entirely to the experience.
07:15I wanted to create the most beautiful projects and I really wanted to be there as the best
07:20team member possible.
07:21Is this what it feels like every time?
07:24Yeah.
07:25I love this so much.
07:27Jeremiah cultivated such a beautiful energy and obviously it was, there was like an adjustment
07:33period at the top because it was a totally new thing for us.
07:36And Jeremiah just was such an incredibly welcoming and open presence.
07:40He created just such a good energy to have on set and to be able to be around, but also
07:45like made it his own.
07:46Oh my goodness, thank you.
07:50Queer Eye is taking Las Vegas by storm this season.
07:53What's one thing that happened in Vegas that probably should stay in Vegas, but that you
07:58can tell us right now?
08:00One was really green eyeshadow, which I have looked back on, you know, I don't know what
08:06I was going, well, you know, I do know what I was going through.
08:08It was a lot.
08:09Good morning, Vegas!
08:12And I ate so much crab legs in Las Vegas that I almost got gout and I had to talk to my
08:16doctor about it because I became really obsessed with like Alaskan king crab legs and snow
08:21crab legs.
08:22I was ordering crab legs like Bethany Frankel to salons and eating crab legs out of plastic
08:27bags outside of salons in Vegas heat at like noon, like butter crab legs.
08:34Dungeness is sick.
08:36The reason why the show is so beloved is because it unites people of different backgrounds
08:40and viewpoints in such a comforting way, which is something we all as a nation really need
08:46right now.
08:47Do you have a mantra or something that keeps you hopeful?
08:49Mine is from a classic, a cinematic classic, which is just keep swimming.
08:57Keep swimming.
08:58Just keep swimming.
08:59For me, this tour, I'm going to be very transparent.
09:02Like how do you how do you mourn when others celebrate?
09:04I don't I don't I don't think that has been a discussion that anybody has.
09:08And I think the five of us are really equipped to have that discussion in a way that is fun,
09:13exciting, but also poignant to where we are right now, because not everyone in our audience
09:19is going to be coming to mourn.
09:20There will be people who celebrate and there has to be a mixture of how do you how do you
09:25grieve when others are in a happy place?
09:28OK, so as far as fashion, beauty and design, share a hot take or prediction for 2025.
09:33You know, what's coming back hard is deco.
09:36It's all about art deco, clean lines, parchment, dark woods, Bordeaux's cognacs like that palette.
09:45That's really kind of where everybody's really what they're reaching for right now.
09:49I think it's all about texture, like texture in the hair.
09:52Like wearing your natural texture, playing with putting the hair up and reds like all
09:57thing reds, light reds, dark reds, reds, all the warmth.
10:01There was a meme that said, find somebody else to do it.
10:03And I think that's the theme of 2025.
10:06And I think I think this applies to moms, you know, like people who are just overwhelmed.
10:12Like when someone comes up to you and wants to add to your plate,
10:15just kindly turn to them and say, find somebody else to do it.
10:19Finally, I'm going to put 10 seconds on the clock.
10:21Tell everyone why they should check out the Queer Eye live tour
10:24and Queer Eye season nine premiering on December 11th.
10:26Ready?
10:27Go.
10:27You will meet Jeremiah, who brings the most fresh, beautiful energy to the show.
10:33Sometimes a cat does have nine lives and season nine of Queer Eye is giving it.
10:38Jonathan, Jeremiah and Karamo, thank you so much for joining us.
10:42Thank you, people.
