00:19Now, more than 200 congressmen were present at the fellowship in Malacanang last night.

00:27Here, young people gave their manifesto of support to the President.

00:34The whole support was given by the camera to President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. through the release of a manifesto of support.

00:44Last night, congressmen personally gave a manifesto of support to the President in a Christmas fellowship in Malacanang.

00:52Underneath it, five promises were issued by lawmakers.

00:56As a symbol of the sovereignty of the country, the preservation of the rule of law and democratic governance,

01:05giving protection to the country from internal and external threats,

01:09advancing unity, and ensuring that the mandate of the President is always upheld.

01:16The manifesto was issued by the leaders of the camera led by House Speaker Martin Lumualdez,

01:21as well as by political party leaders from the lower echelons.

01:25The fellowship in Malacanang was held just after two impeachment complaints were filed in the camera against Vice President Sara Duterte.

01:34But in a press conference the other day, House Deputy Majority Leader Paulo Ortega clarified that

01:40there was no discussion about the impeachment in the fellowship and that it was just a simple fellowship.

01:46200 congressmen were also there and it was just a part of strengthening the unity of the two branches of the government.

01:53The Presidential Communications Office, which has been scheduling the fellowship for a long time, was also the first to deny it.

02:00As for the impeachment complaints that were filed in the camera,

02:03House Secretary General Reginald Velasco cried out that they will postpone the rule of law in its process.

02:10The House is committed to performing its constitutional duty with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the rule of law.

02:22We assure the public that this process will be conducted with integrity, guided by the principles of due process, and adherence to the Constitution.

02:38Just a while ago, we were able to watch on the telephone line the House Secretary General Reginald Velasco.

02:44He said that he was also part of the fellowship in Malacañang last night.

02:49Here, President Marcos thanked the camera and Malacañang for implementing the legislative agenda of the administration.

02:58This is purely a fellowship to strengthen the relationship of the two branches of the government for the benefit of our fellowmen.
