00:38President Kiyos opened today that he is selling 40 pesos per kilo of well-milled rice to some families in Metro Manila.

00:55This is Guadalupe Public Market, Kamuning Market, Malabon Central Market, New Las Piñas City Public Market, and Pasay City Public Market.
