Ingredients
250 gms Lady’s Finger / Bendi / Okra
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
1 Medium Sise Onion Cubed
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method of Cooking:
1. Heat a vessel add oil, add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds & few curry leaves.
2. Then add Onion Cubed & cook till translucent.
3. Add ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder & ½ Tsp Pepper Powder & mix well.
4. Then add the Lady’s Finger / Bendi / Okra & give a quick stir & let it cook for few minutes.
5. Then add the salt as per taste & let it cook for few minutes.
6. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
