00:43On their behalf, Speaker Romualdez promised full support of the camera in the AFP Modernization Program.
00:50He also reiterated his proposal to increase the daily subsistence allowance of the soldiers to less than P350.
00:58This is in line with President Marquez' promise to improve the state of life of the uniformed personnel.
01:06The House Speaker said that under the 2025 Budget Proposal, they have already raised funds for this.
