00:04that investigates the distribution of Peking Persons with Disability Identification Cards
00:11to get a 20% discount and avoid paying the value-added tax.

00:23are selling Peking PWD IDs in Makulon City.
00:29In Cebu, Peking PWD IDs are sold out.
00:33According to Gatchalian,
00:34this mode of selling Peking PWD IDs should be stopped
00:36because it is a violation of the government's income.
00:40Under Republic Act 10754,
00:43or an Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability,
00:48establishments are allowed to give tax discounts
00:52to PWDs based on the products they purchase.
